I believe the qualities of someone who is internship ready are being dependable, hardworking, and has a willingness to learn. I plan on demonstrating these abilities every single day by being on time, not only completing the work, but also having it done to the highest degree it can be done. Also I will show my boss every single day that I want to be at that particular internship. I will make it my business to approach him every day and ask “what can I learn today that will make me an asset to this company?”
The change that I will make in this module would have to be attitude and the ability to take constructive criticism in a non-feedback environment.
Hey Ernest, it was really nice seeing you on new years eve. it was kind of weird seeing you in street clothes as well, but i guess you can say your plans didn't go thru this time around.
